The Contract is for the supply of Bathroom renewal works to Reading Borough Council in accordance with the schedule of works.

The contract is a framework contract in cascade with a maximum of 3 (three) contractors. To that end, the Council will rank the successful tenderers in descending order.

The overall contract duration is 4 years.

The works will be for full and partial bathroom renewals to include cloakroom upgrades. The approximate total value for the works ordered using this contract is up to £450,000.00 per annum. There may be exceptions to this level. There is also no Guarantee of Any Work.
