Concession Contract EOI for Glossop Market / Commercial Space Operator

High Peak Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for this exciting future opportunity which will be published in the coming months.

The Council are primarily looking to appoint a strategic partner organisation to support the delivery and operation of the Indoor and Outdoor Markets, retail let spaces within the Arcade and creative business space in the Town Hall areas of the central complex of civic buildings in Glossop town centre, which is currently undergoing a £7M redevelopment.

The Council and local stakeholders wish to select a commercial strategic partner to support the Council in delivering the future aspirations of the public buildings in the heart of Glossop Town Centre to a creative, versatile and attractive offering for residents, visitors and businesses to Glossop.

The procedure for appointment will follow the requirements of the Public Concession Contact Regulations 2016. Further information on this opportunity is attached in the EOI Prospectus.
