Birmingham City Council is seeking potential providers of a suitable software solution for the Housing Options service to meet the referral duty:
- oTo provide a web based portal for Public Authorities to access when making a referral
- oTo record and store data which is entered by practitioners
- oTo direct referrals to a specific Local Authorities (using the solution) based on destination requested within the referral
- oTo apply question logic within the referral process to identify information specific to different agencies making referrals
- oTo provide a dashboard facility for local authorities using the system to track and report on referrals received
- oTo provide a facility for local authorities to action, accept, decline, return & progress referrals.
- oTo record and store the outcome of referrals
- oTo provide and store feedback to referrers through template letters
- oTo provide a platform to develop new types of referral
- oTo make outgoing referrals to public authorities
- oTo records and store details of outgoing referrals to public authorities
