The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services contract will provide a range of planned preventive maintenance and reactive M&E services for all installed plant and equipment, such as mechanical and electrical systems, BMS, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, lift maintenance, associated risk assessments and remedial works.
