Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building / Refurbishment / Fit Out Contractors to carry the conversion of a former Children's Home to offices at 45 Downsell Road Redditch B97 5RJ

Brief Description: Building Alterations, Minor Refurbishment and Maintenance Works

The works will include but not limited to: Redecorating, New electrical circuits, New Flooring, Plumbing works including new toilets, and external hard landscaping to form a new car parking area.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Works to be complete within 4 weeks of commencement on site.

Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 this is by appointment only. To arrange access to carry out this inspection contact Mr. Alan Moutter on 07734 777334
