description

High Court Enforcement is an effective tool for debt recovery as these officers are permitted to enforce a debt seven days a week, except for bank holidays and Christmas Day between 6am and 9pm anywhere within England and Wales.

Submissions were sought for High Court Enforcement Officers to work under the Authority of a Writ of Control following Leicester City Council having obtained judgment or tribunal awards from the County Court.

High Court Enforcement Officers will recover the judgment debt, court costs, interest and costs of court transfer on our behalf.

The Authority will retrospectively pay any fixed court fee or compliance fees associated with the writ of control.

The Supplier will charge fees acting under a high court writ as prescribed in the Schedule under Regulation 4, The Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014.
