This commission is to appoint a specialist master planning and design team to support the preparation of an outline planning application in liaison with the internal project team and the technical team.
Crucially, this commission will require the successful consultants to work with Homes England and our specialist technical team, ensuring that the master planning and design feed into the technical reports and vice versa as we work up the application for submission of a outline planning application.
