Provision of Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Retail Advice on site close to Wednesbury Town Centre

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of surveyors to provide advice on the likely demand from food & beverage, leisure and retail operators on a site in Wednesbury, West Midlands.

The selected firm will have specialist skills in commercial retail and leisure agency, will have good contacts with a wide range of food & beverage, retail and leisure operators, and will have a good understanding of their property requirements. They will also have good geographical knowledge of Wednesbury.
