The Homes and Communities Agency is procuring works relating to Flood Alleviation Works at Kirkleatham Business Park. The works include the construction of a flood alleviation basin, extension of existing culvert, modifications to existing headwall, construction of emergency spillway fencing, and seeding and surfacing.
Additional information: WYG Engineering are managing this procurement on behalf of the Homes and Communities Agency.

The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government.
