The agreement includes Civica Xpress Mobile Canvass Application - 21 x Tablet /Software package to include all equipment, support and services required for digital canvassing for 2 years. It is a business-critical application for LBI's Electoral Services as it is used to maintain the Electoral Register for Islington. The EMS enables LBI to support and facilitate the management, reporting and compliance of future elections within the borough.
