Thame Town Council Brand & Website Re-design

Thame Town Council is seeking to develop a new website and brand re-design to reflect the organisation’s forward-thinking approach to local governance and the diverse future of the town as a whole. We are seeking a professional organisation with the relevant experience to manage the consultation, design and implementation of this project to a budget of £10,000 ex. VAT.

Additional information: IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the level of interest we have received regarding the Branding and Website Re-design Tender opportunity, it is necessary for us to reschedule the date for the presentations to Monday 29 February 2016 from 4pm. We hope this does not cause any inconvenience. We will also carry out a short-listing exercise to reduce the numbers of suppliers invited to carry out presentations.

This short listing will be done on the evidence given in the tender returns based on the following:

• Brief details of the organisation and financial standing
• An indication of how the project would be approached to ensure both timely delivery and fulfilment of the requirements set out in the brief
• A project timetable and management plan
• Full details on costs of development and delivery of the project including costs of ongoing support and payment terms
• Two references from previous clients
