Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council as the LEAD Authority are tendering to commission an Architectural Services and associated design Framework Agreement for the HEART partnership. HEART is an abbreviation of the Home Environment Assessment and Response Team.
HEART is a partnership service between Warwickshire Councils who provide advice and assistance to deliver disabled adaptations and home improvements, keeping homes safe, secure and warm.
The HEART team deliver support services such as:
- Home aids and adaptations
- Housing conditions, repairs and safety matters
- Benefits, grants or loans for essential building works
