The purpose of this work package is to develop an incremental Strategic Transport Investment Plan (STIP) and Programme Business Case (PBC) to support strategic transport improvements necessary for the East Midlands Freeport and other growth opportunities in East Midlands, with a particular focus on nearer term and more secure opportunities.
It is envisaged that WP1 will be delivered via the following tasks:
