Low Carbon Contracts Company Ltd is looking for proposals to deliver the following:

Any late submissions will not be considered. LCCC reserves the right to halt the procurement process and not award the contract. LCCC will not be held liable for recovery of costs from unsuccessful bids if a contract is not awarded. All costs will be borne by the bidding organisations. If a contract is created it will either be upon the provider's conditions (if considered acceptable) or upon LCCC Standard Terms and Conditions, which are available to short listed tenderers upon request. Completed tender submissions must be returned by email to LCCC, address given at the top of this advertisement, by 17:00hrs on the 16 June 2017. Interviews may be required with shortlisted providers. If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier is expected to attend a "Preparation and Briefing" meeting. Project completion is required by around the end of September 2017
