Practice based medicine optimisation support - Request for information

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of NHS Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to engage with potential providers through a Request for Information (RFI) process in relation to a proposed procurement of Sunderland Practice Based Medicines Optimisation Support.

The purpose of the Practice Based Medicines Optimisation Support is to provide comprehensive, high-quality medicines optimisation service to member practices that includes delivery of the outcomes of the SCCG practice medicines optimisation strategy, and the annual work plan.
