This evaluation project requires a specialist research provider who can apply their qualitative/quantitative research skills to evaluating the impact of CQC’s approach to equality and human rights on our inspection work, on service providers, on people who use services and on our influence on improvement in the health and social care sectors. To commence on mid-February 2016 with a completion date of end of April 2016
The successful research provider must have:
| • | Specialist knowledge of equality and human rights in England |
| • | Sound understanding of the health and social care system in the England |
| • | Extensive experience in undertaking impact evaluations |
| • | Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills |
| • | Strong engagement and communication skills to engage with service providers and people who use services |
| • | Strong facilitation and interview skills to support the level of engagement required in this evaluation |
| • | Research analytical skills, including content analysis |
| • | Report writing and ability to clearly present findings and make recommendations for improvement |

You are hereby invited by the Care Quality Commission to tender services as described in the accompanying documentation. For this purpose we enclose the following documents which will form the basis of any contract the Commission (Customer) may award.

Invited parties are required to download the Invitation to Tender documentation from BiP Solutions. Once complete, please provide your response by uploading your submission back to BiP Solutions no later than 17.00 hours on Friday 29th January 2016.
