The Council is seeking submissions for:-
- Round design consultancy to model and optimise the routes of its waste and recycling collection services (but not limited to)
- Route optimisation software
- In-cab technology solutions together with support.
It will include relevant training and support to assist in the ongoing modelling and optimisation.
This Invitation to Tender has been carried out as a mini competition via Framework YPO589 - Vehicle Telematic Framework.
