A contract for vehicle hire that will provide short term hires with an option to provide longer term hire (over 28 days) where there is a business need. The Supplier is to provide the following services to HMLR:
| • | Delivery and collection to HMLR offices as well as home addresses |
| • | Out of hours delivery and collection |
| • | Vehicles with manual and automatic transmission |
| • | Booking facility for HMLR staff to self book hires directly |
| • | Roadside breakdown and assistance included |
| • | Motor Insurance Database (MID) to be maintained by the vehicle hire company |
| • | Provision of Management Information related to vehicle hires |
