Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment of White's Close and upgrade the Fire installation, Kitchen and bathrooms, and all associated works under a JCT contract.
Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
