description
Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust wish to source a suitable supplier for the provision, implementation and maintenance of a cloud based, Employee Relations (ER) tracking software for the management and oversight of all ER cases within the Human Resources Department.
It is proposed that a purpose built software product is purchased and implemented to provide an efficient and effective means of capturing and maintaining records for all Employee Relations cases.
Benefits of the successful company will need to include:
- Improved compliance to internal processes through mirroring of Trust employment policies to ensure important steps are not missed. This also promotes fairness to all employees as all cases with be dealt with consistently.
- Improved compliance to case management timescales as outstanding actions are tracked and flagged in real-time.
- Continuity of case management as in the event the case handler is away another member of the HR team will be able to access and pick up cases from the central location and identify outstanding actions.
- Data accuracy and integrity is improved by having employee demographic information imported and case opening reasons, closing reasons and case outcomes predefined in the system creating consistency in reporting.
- Significant improvements in reporting capability both in the quality of data and the ease in accessing it.
- Ideally a web based system accessible via an internet browser therefore allowing a rapid deployment and access for HR staff across multiple sites.
- Enabled statutory compliance with the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), part of the Equality Act 2010 requires public sector bodies to report on grievances and disciplinaries against the nine protected characteristics.
The successful supplier should agree to configure, implement and maintain the platform that will enable recording, monitoring and reporting of Employee Relations cases.
The system also allows storage of attached documents and therefore will become a repository for case management information.
