The Environment Agency works with people and communities across England to protect and improve the environment in an integrated way. We provide a vital incident response capability. As part of this role, the Agency needs to maintain its Flood and Coastal Risk Management (FCRM), Navigation, and other sites and assets. This requirement is for a framework to deliver Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, and Automation (MEICA) services including: Routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM); Provision of a 24 hour 365 day Reactive Works (RW) service; and Project Works (PW).
