Maintenance, servicing and calibration of pipettes

The Agency is looking for a provider for the maintenance, servicing and calibration of its pipettes at the NIBSC site.

The Supplier's Quality Management System and calibration service must be accredited to ISO 17025 standard for pipette calibration for all makes, models and volumes of pipettes, by UKAS or other equivalent national accreditation body.

NIBSC has currently approximately 570 pipettes requiring accredited calibration service and 960 pipettes requiring non-accredited (compliant to ISO 17025) service of various makes, models and volumes. The frequency of service and calibration differs from 'accredited' and 'non-accredited' pipettes.

Agency is planning to hold a supplier open day on 25 February 2019 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at our NIBSC, South Mimms site (EN6 3QG).
