'Plymouth City Council is leading on a collaborative procurement on behalf of itself and Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust to procure suitably qualified horticultural and landscape contractors to enter into a framework agreement to undertake arboriculture work requirements to British Standard BS 3998:2010 or equivalent, and complying with all relevant Health and Safety law at all times. The contractor will also be required to provide an emergency response service on an ad hoc basis. Under this contract the contractors and their supply chains will be required to actively participate in the achievement of the Contracting Authority's social/economic/environmental objectives.
