'LBM are seeking an innovative, evidence based, flexible service to deliver a single service that has three distinct, but related components (tier 2 for adults, tier 3 for adults and tier 2 for children). The provider, in partnership with the commissioner, will be expected to continually review the service model to ensure it is meeting the needs of the population and inline with best practice and the latest evidence base.'
