United Kingdom-Durham: Parts and accessories for hearing aids

'County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust have a requirement for the provision of adult and paediatric ear moulds and ear mould processing. Customised ear moulds will be required in a variety of materials and mould types including a range of colours, glitter and picture options. Modifications including but not limited to venting and tubing types will also be required. As a requirement of this contract ear moulds must be processed and returned within 5 days of receipt of the impressions as standard to both Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. It is also a requirement of this contract that impressions for urgent cases must be processed and returned to the Audiology Departments within 48 hours of receipt. The contract is for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
