Refurbishment to four halls of residence

Leeds Trinity University (The Employer) is looking to carry out Repair and Refurbishment Works to four of its Halls Of Residence, Whitby Hall, Ripon Hall, St.

Albans Hall and Norwich Hall. St Albans Hall & Norwich Hall are to have new self catered provisions installed.

The Contract will be the JCT Minor Works With Contractor's Design. The Employer will be Leeds Trinity University. The Contractors Design portion will be Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and above ground drainage. The Contractor will be responsible for all Structural Design where none is already specified, calculations and details must be presented to the Building Control Officer for approval prior to ordering and installation.
