PP16006 - Holy Trinity Primary School Project - 2016

THE PROJECT Name: Holy Trinity Primary Expansion Works (phase 4). Nature: Classroom building and associated works. Location: Holy Trinity Primary School, Fraser Street, Bilston, Wolverhampton WV14 7PD. THE WORKS - The Works comprise the provision of a single classroom block with male, female and disabled persons toilets, lobby and store (Contractor designed), together with associated alterations to external works. The work also comprises reinstatement of part of the playground following grouting and mineshaft treatment carried out prior to commencement of this contract. The Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design, 2011 Edition issued September 2011 incorporating Amendment 1 issued March 2015. It should be noted it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
