United Kingdom-London: Office cleaning services

'The FCA is seeking a supplier to provide a high standard of Cleaning, Waste Management and Planting services. The contract shall cover services at the FCA's London based estate, which currently consists of: The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf; a single tenanted building, circa 42,700 sq metres; 2 office floors located in 1 Canada Square, circa 5,000 sq metres. Note: The supplier is not required to provide services to the FCA's premises in Edinburgh. The FCA will be moving to Stratford in 2018. The contract shall be let for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. Service Overview: An outline of the services is set out below, however please note that the FCA's estate, and therefore the related scope of requirements, may be subject to change. Cleaning: Internal cleaning including: office areas, reception, on-floor kitchens, toilets etc.; Window cleaning internal and external window cleaning, including the use of a suspended access cradle; Kitchen deep clean; Marble maintenance; Specialised cleaning of window blinds; Pest control; Sanitary towel disposal service. Waste Management: The collection and disposal of: Recyclable waste; Non-recyclable waste; On-site security shredding; Off-site security shredding; Biodegradable waste i.e. food. Planting: Provision of office planting and containers; Maintenance of office planting.'
