The Association invites competitive tenders for the Office Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services of Hightown House, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. HP2 4XH for a period of 3 years commencing on the 1st September 2016 as set out in these documents. The contract may be extended for a further period of up to two years at one year intervals subject to satisfactory performance.
