Hampshire Employment Service

BACKGROUND

Hampshire County Council recognises its duty under the Care Act to ensure employment and volunteering opportunities are available to people with disabilities and other vulnerable adults.

The service will form a core component of HCC’s response to this agenda, sourcing and supporting a variety of work and work related opportunities for people (16 years +) with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Autism and others' support needs, across Hampshire.

The service will make employment a realistic goal for people with support needs, contributing to improved wellbeing of those using the service, creating sustainable work opportunities for service users which recognise and support the business needs of employers and benefit wider communities.

INSTRUCTIONS

The Council is conducting the procurement using the Open Procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Council’s Contract Standing Orders for the purposes of procuring the services described in the Service Specification (the “Services”).

Tenderers must complete the Assessment Questionnaires attached to this project. The Section B Selection Questionnaire seeks responses in relation to the technical capacity, professional ability and economic and financial standing of Tenderers.

The Section C Award Questionnaire sets out a number of project specific questions for Tenderers to complete. Each Tenderer’s response should be sufficiently detailed to allow the Council to make an informed selection of the most economically advantageous Tender. Tenderers must also complete the Section E Price and Cost Questionnaire.
