description
Bath & North East Somerset Council (hereafter referred to as "the Council") wishes to establish a single-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Health Safety and CDM Services. The services to be provided under the framework may include:-
| • | the provision of advice and audit services to the Client in respect of its health and safety responsibilities, processes and procedures in relation to design, pre-construction, planning, construction and maintenance works; |
| • | the provision of advice to the Client relating to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations; |
| • | Attendance at project design and progress meetings; |
| • | Conducting site health and safety audits; |
| • | Presenting training courses, workshops and seminars. |
This Contract will not be split into lots because Work Orders will be of such a nature and value that they may be delivered by SME's.
