St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for fire safety improvement work, at Cyril Dumpleton House, Haseldine Road, London Colney, Hertfordshire.

This is a property owned and managed by St Albans City and District Council's Housing Service

The property requires:

• Fire compartmentation in the first floor loft space.
• Additional ventilation into the loft space.

A Site Visit is a required part of the selection process.

The deadline for submission is 12:00 on 15th February 2019.
