The works comprise of;
- Roof repairs and chimney repairs
- Replacement of flat roofs to staircases
- External redecorations
- Replace existing doors and screens to main entrances
- Lighting upgrades (to communal)
- Redecoration to staircase walls to Fire Resistant Anti-Graffiti System
- Replacing windows to staircases
- Concrete and render repair
- Structural repairs
- Walkway floor coatings to Polyurea system
- Drains clearance
- Patio door replacements
- Glazing to balconies
- Installation of bin stores
