'East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, wish to appoint suitably experienced and qualified consultant engineer, who must be a member of CIBSE, to provide engineering solutions for the control of water quality throughout the Trust's premises. The duties will include, but not be limited to; Carrying out intrusive site water distribution surveys; Produce drawings (both layout and schematics) highlighting all components for the control of water quality; Produce condition reports detailing all required remedial works to make systems compliant to current HTM's 03 & 04, L8, HSG 274 and BS EN 806 & BS 7592:2008; To achieve thermal control to prevent proliferation of water quality; Carry out designs, specifications and produce tender packages for remediation works identified from the surveys; Provide Project Management Services inc. management of subcontractors and witnessing commissioning; Interpret sampling and testing results. The minimum qualifications and experience for every individual working on-site are; Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering; City and Guilds The Roles and Responsibilities of the Appointed Person Module 1; City and Guilds Management of L8 Risk Assessment and Control Scheme Module 2.'
