'Conwy County Borough Council are seeking suitably qualified suppliers for a contract to provide a provision of service for travel routes 25 via bus within the Conwy County boundaries. Qualification criteria will be a combination of both financial and non-financial factors and will be in accordance with Regulations 23 to 26 of the Public Contract Regulations 2006.
