The Council is tendering for a supplier who can provide all day-to-day management of a temporary accommodation site, including the tenants and the modular units. In addition, the Council will require the supplier to provide the modular units for the purpose of providing accommodation for emergency short-term housing on the Identified Site, York Rise within the Borough of Bromley.
