United Kingdom-Warrington: Refuse transport services

'As a water and wastewater service provider, United Utilities has multiple streams of waste in which it is responsible for the efficient disposal of. The purpose of this tender process is to award a framework agreement for the provision of waste management services for the Company's grit and screenings waste streams across an estimated 170 multiple site locations. The services shall include but is not limited to; the provision of containers, lift, collection, transportation, disposal and recycling of grit and screenings The successful supplier(s) shall provide the Company with a comprehensive, reliable and sustainable waste management service. Services shall include: The provision of containers on each of the sites to manage the waste stream volumes listed within table 1 of this section; Dedicated UUW email address to receive collection requests and new orders; Waste collection within 24 hours of receipt of request; Transportation; Collection; Disposal/ Recycling; Self Maintained Documentation for auditing purposes; Reporting and completion of UUW's required information sheet; Clear accessible audit trails. The contract will be awarded in 4 lots: Region 1, Region 2, Region 3, Region 4; detail on the sites locations within each lot can be obtained from the PQQ documentation.'
