The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) wishes to procure the supply and support of an Asset Management System. The key deliverables of this procurement will include:
| • | Software (and hardware if required) that will allow the Council to manage its assets in all of its offices both current and future. |
| • | Training and support services associated with software implementation and migration from existing database. |
| • | ongoing software support and maintenance |
| • | Delivery within the timeline indicated below. |
| • | IT already have an asset register that will need to be imported but Facilities Management will be starting from scratch. |
