Portsmouth City Council (the council), on behalf of the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers.
The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to provision of a facilitator or range of facilitators to support the delivery of the Solent Peer to Peer Network programme.
The Solent LEP is seeking a maximum of 10 facilitators to support peer to peer cohorts across the Solent. The facilitators must be able to deliver the programme over an 18 week period, 2 hours per week, until 31st March 2021.
It is envisaged that the 10 cohorts will be divided as follows:
- 1 cohort per each local authority area with the Solent LEP (Southampton, Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport, Fareham, Isle of Wight, New Forest and Eastleigh)
- 1 Marine and Maritime cohort
- 1 female entrepreneur cohort
This opportunity is offered on a Lotted basis with each Lot made up of 1 cohort. Bids are invited for individual Lots/cohorts, or to deliver a number of Lots/cohorts. Each Lot/cohort will be awarded separately and the council and the Solent LEP reserve the right to award between 1 and 10 suppliers as necessary.
Each Lot/cohort has a budget of £10,000.
The initial contract period will be for approximately 4 months, ending on 31st March 2021.
