This notice is to refurbish a lift control unit and car top control to an electrical passenger lift in a residential building.
(New control system, LOPs and COPs, Car top control, Trailing flexes and full shaft re-wire.)
Must also include:
| • | Has an open protocol system |
| • | Must have an autodialler |
| • | Must have an H&S EN80 form and test sheets |
| • | Must be checked and tested under EN81-20 regulations (Protection against unintended car movement) and test sheets |
Any site surveys or visits must be made in writing giving dates and times for attendance.
