'Provide maintenance services (including site based resources) to the fire system at LCR's Waterloo International Terminal. Includes the maintenance, operation and repair of: Simplex 4100U control and indicating panels and equipment; Field Wiring Devices such as heat and smoke detectors, call points, sounders, flashing beacons, door magnet retainers etc.; Interface systems; Avalon PAVA system; Auxiliary Power Supply Units; Action Air Actionpac Dampers (addressable and non-addressable); Inergen Extinguishing System; Backup Batteries. Please note that this is a simplex closed protocol system. Interested parties must have relevant experience of working with this system, including sourcing parts and other associated activities.'
