'Medway Council wishes to engage a service provider to deliver the cleaning service to 1 294 tenanted and leasehold flats and Homes for Independent Living sheltered homes in the council area. The primary function will be to ensure estates are clean, attractive and safe for the residents and leaseholders. The service will also assist with the cleaning of external areas of sheltered accommodation, with responsibility for external cleaning.'
