The Supply of Remote Data Terminal Devices and relevant Maintenance & Support Services

Bidders are invited to submit a detailed and fully priced proposal for the supply of remote data terminal devices, including maintenance & support services as and when required. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company gives no commitment under this or under any Agreement awarded as to the amount of Remote Data Terminal (RDT) devices and volume of services to be purchased.

It is anticipated that this contract will be let for a period of 36 months (the Contract Period) from 1st January 2023, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

This Procurement process is being conducted via the In-Tend e-procurement portal. The In-Tend portal is a web based system that allows the Company to make documents electronically available to Tenderers, receive documents electronically from Tenderers and to communicate electronically with Tenderers.

The contracting entity is not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in, or tendering for, this contract opportunity. Compliance with all legislation is required, both in the contract award procedure and during the term of any resulting contract.
