CCW has recently appointed a new CEO and this has produced an opportunity for a programme to promote positive change. We are at the start of a cultural change project to make our organisation even more effective and fit for future challenges.
The requirement for this work is to design and deliver a change management programme based on the required outputs detailed in the specification document
