'The project to be tendered comprises of the Refurbishment works at One Puddle Dock EC4V 3DS. One Puddle Dock has been developed over time with an unclear overall long term strategy in mind. An opportunity has been identified to make improvements to the existing building, particularly in the office areas and utilisation of the ground floor. These improvements should focus on the main drivers behind this opportunity which are: to refurbish the office accommodation to enable full possession and utilisation, realising the full opportunity from the Retail opportunities within the ground floor.'
