This contract is for the outreach, advice and resettlement of Brent's wider Rough Sleepers' Support Service for people sleeping rough in the borough or at risk of sleeping rough in the borough. Brent's Outreach and Advice and Resettlement Service for Rough Sleeping is designed to support government's ambition to halve rough sleeping on England's streets by 2022 and end it altogether by 2027.
