2018 - 723 Roof Line works to properties in Herefordshire and Worcestershire

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated.

You must upload your bid by using the `Attach Documents` button and your return must be submitted via 'Submit Return' on the WMHG E-Procurement portal before the deadline date provided in the project details. You will have the option to modify you bid up until the deadline.

Additional information:

The contract is a schedule of Rates contract (SOR) and the schedule is to be priced in full by the tendering contractor. The rates are to include for safe systems of work and work at height regulations and include for all access equipment. The majority of work will be to two story properties but some three story work may be envisaged. The evaluation will be on priced SOR and include for all rates scheduled for typical two story dwelling with dormer window including guttering soffits fascia board RWP barge board Etc.
