'Waterproof clothing. Supply of waterproof garments It is the intention to place a four year Framework Agreement with two Suppliers through competition under the Open Procedure of the Public Contracting Regulations. Two contracts are planned to be awarded to the lowest priced bids from successful tender returns. In the event of an extreme price difference (20 %) a Single Supplier option will be considered, where the Supplier will be expected to fulfil the whole requirement.'
