HSE is inviting tenders from individuals or organisations with the expertise to analyse build instructions provided by turbine manufacturers to assess their suitability with specific focus on the instructions provided to users, to enable them to specify and construct fit for purpose structural supports and foundations. This opportunity is to engage the expertise of a competent Civil / Structural Engineer to analyse and consider the adequacy of manufacturers’ instructions on preparing the support base and attachment arrangements of small wind turbines.
