Stratford on Avon District Council (SDC) is seeking to appoint a technical Project Manager to support the Council manage the delivery of the Detailed Project

Development (DPD) work for the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal Quarter Regeneration Zone (CQRZ) Low Carbon Heat Network. This DPD work follows on from the completed techno-economic feasibility study which was delivered by Sustainable Energy Limited and project managed by SDC. Stratford on Avon District Council has now secured funding from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Heat Network Delivery Unit (HNDU) to 1) procure a consultancy to deliver the Detailed Project Development work and 2) procure an external project manager to support and compliment the internal SDC project manager.
